I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I paid less than I expected, and the room was actually really nice and comfortable. Definitely a solid hotel if you’re looking for good value...

Stayed here for a couple nights and the wifi was good overall. Had one little drop one evening, but it came back quick, so that wasn’t a big deal. It worked fine for the basic work stuff I needed to do and all that...

The bed was really comfy, like, I got in after a long drive and immediately thought, okay yeah, this is exactly what I needed. It wasn’t too firm or too soft, just kind of that perfect middle. The pillows were decent too, which I always notice because hotel pillows can be weird. But I actually slept through the whole night, which almost never happens for me in hotels, so that says a lot.

The side entrance was left open at night, which made me feel uncomfortable. We had planned to relax and enjoy the evening, but instead I kept worrying about how secure the place was. It kind of ruined the night for us.

The pool was okay overall, nothing amazing but decent enough for a quick swim. I was feeling relaxed at first, then suddenly the spa got super crowded and the whole vibe changed. It was hard to really enjoy it after that.

So... I stayed here for one night, and the amenities were fine, just not anything that really stood out. The room had the basics like a coffee maker, fridge, and plenty of towels, so there wasn’t anything major to complain about there.

The pool area looked nice at first glance, but it felt a little dated once you were actually there. The gym was small too, with only a few machines. The WiFi worked most of the time, though it did drop once or twice during my stay.

Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, but I can’t say I was super impressed either. For the price, I expected the amenities to feel a bit fresher and better maintained. I’d give it 3 stars.

The hotel itself was fine, but the staff didn’t come across very warm or welcoming. Check-in felt a bit rushed, and when I asked a question, the response was short, almost like I was inconveniencing them. A friend had recommended this place to me, so I guess I was expecting a little more. It wasn’t a terrible stay, but I didn’t really feel all that welcomed.

Checkout at Ayres was really smooth for me. I was kind of in a hurry, and the person at the front desk already had my receipt ready and helped with a small billing question without turning it into a whole thing.
I can’t speak for every stay or every location, of course, but based on my visit, nothing felt pushy or slow. It was a nice way to wrap up the trip, and I’d be comfortable booking through Ayres Hotels again

The bathroom was surprisingly clean, like I actually noticed it right away. No mold anywhere, which is always a relief, and the hot water worked great too. I wasn’t really expecting much, but yeah, that part was solid.

Breakfast was decent for a quick hotel meal. The eggs were fine, coffee did the trick, and there were enough options to grab something before heading out. Nothing fancy, but totally acceptable. Then suddenly, why is half the food barely warm? That part threw me off a bit. Still, it got the job done, and overall I was happy enough with it

Had dinner and a couple drinks at the hotel restaurant and really enjoyed it. The food was really good, and the bartender was friendly without being over the top. The whole place had a relaxed feel, which was nice after a long day. I also appreciated that my receipt was emailed over right away, so I didn’t have to keep track of a paper one. I’d definitely go back.

The main things I remember are that the bed felt nice and the room was quiet, which was really all I needed. I’m sure there were other details, but nothing bothered me enough to stick in my mind

I didn’t have to wait around wondering what to do or who to talk to, because they helped me quickly and were friendly the whole time. It makes a big difference when people are kind and patient, especially at the front desk where you’re usually trying to get things sorted out. Thanks again, guys, I really appreciated it

Check-in was quick, and the guy at the front desk was really nice. I got my room key fast, and he answered the couple of questions I had without making it feel like a bother. i was kind of expecting some sort of apology if there had been a delay or issue, but everything went smoothly enough that there wasn’t really anything to complain about. Easy start to the stay.

Parking was actually simple and close, and we had no stress getting in or out with our bags. it just made me annoyed at all the other places that make parking such a ridiculous hassle for no reason...

I had a small issue where my reservation was showing the wrong date, i started stressing right away because I’m the type to leave travel details until the last minute and then panic like it’s not my own fault.

I reached out to Ayres Hotels, and the person who helped me was really calm and easy to talk to. They actually listened, checked everything, found the problem, and fixed it quickly without making me go back and forth forever.

It was all sorted before my trip, which was such a relief because I really did not have the time or patience to deal with a booking mess. Simple, helpful, and exactly what I needed. 5 stars from me.

I was a little confused about my dates at first, I think I had the weekend wrong in my head, but the site made it easy to see the prices and adjust everything before checking out. The checkout part was quick, and the confirmation email showed up right away, which was reassuring. No weird steps or problems. I’d definitely use it again next time.

The rooms and halls were kept up well, so I’ll give them that. But based on how the place was described, I expected a little more overall and left feeling kind of misled.
